ep. 46 | reframe your relationship to sport

jackson long July 24, 2020

It’s a crazy weird time out there for us humans at the moment. Everything seems chaotic, and sometimes just feels too overwhelming. For us athletically inclined humans, we also are in unchartered territory with competition put on hold for the foreseeable future for most of us. With so many discussions of how racing will look, when it will return, how to keep training hard during covid, something I feel is missing from the conversation is using this time to reframe our relationship to our respective sports and really going inward to understand our motivation and meaning as athletes. So in today’s show, I have a conversation about this and speak to some of my own experiences and offer advice on moving skillfully through this period to come out even stronger.
