A mini What’s the Deal with Protein if you will for the OG TFF crew ;) obviously this is a very complex and nuanced topic when diving in to the research, so I tried to keep things pretty simple. I am planning to do a refresh of What’s the Deal with Protein in the future, so think of this as the appetizer.
