I offer a range of professional services to support the nutritional needs of endurance athletes. Sessions can be scheduled either in person or online via video chat. I specialize in plant-based (vegetarian/vegan, flexitarian) dietary support for endurance athletes, but can totally work with your individual dietary preferences.

For endurance athletes motivated to incorporate structured nutrition coaching into their training routine, a consistent program and support can be an absolute game changer for performance and well-being. The focus here is developing a nutrition protocol to meet energy requirements of your specific training demands, enhance performance and recovery, and dial in body composition.
Incorporation of evidence-based sport nutrition for endurance athletes into your existing training program or general fitness routine, based on training volume and specific performance goals.
Personalized meal plans to meet personal dietary preferences, assistance and support for plant-based athletes, and guidance for before, during, and post-exercise fueling strategies.

For athletes wanting full integration of personalized nutrition and training/racing coaching. I’m a strong believer that long term health and success as an athlete requires that training and performance nutrition design are on the same page. I offer training program design for cyclists, skiers, and runners in addition to nutrition program support.
Monthly training plan design based on performance goals and life balance delivered daily via TrainingPeaks.
Incorporation of a personalized nutrition program specific to each phase of the training block to maximize adaptations, recovery, and performance.
Includes weekly video consultations and unlimited email access to assess progress and alterations to the program.
