The latest diet fad kid on the block is here: The Carnivore Diet. Essentially focused on eating nothing but meat and banishing all plant foods, the Carnivore Diet has gained tremendous popularity in recent years. But is it a good idea or rooted in science or sense? In this podcast, I dive into a philosophical discussion on the pros and cons of such an eating pattern from an objective perspective. Note: this is definitely not a comprehensive analysis of the science behind plant-based vs. carnivore diets. I am simply offering my perspective and philosophies regarding nutrition and ethics around this topic.
Thank you for listening,
