Welcome, ladies and gentleboys, to the inaugural episode of In The Flow. In The Flow is a weekly podcast for those of us who find flow through conversations on evidence-based nutrition for athletes and beyond to fuel bodies, minds, and adventure through good food and meaningful movement.

In this first episode, I introduce the purpose and mission behind In The Flow. I give a little bit of background on who I am and what inspired me to embark on this whole thing, and then what to expect in the forthcoming episodes. I hope you enjoy it, and thank you for listening.
