Nutrition is a critical piece of this, and many endurance athletes struggle with navigating the nutritional demands of their sport. These 3 mistakes are very common and once addressed and dialed in, can make a tremendous impact on your performance.
I’ll talk about everything from messing up fueling before, during, and after training and competition, to the fear and avoidance of carbohydrates, to an unhealthy identification with weight as a performance marker. What are some big mistakes you’ve made as an athlete with regards to nutrition?
