Endurance Nutrition Services

I offer a range of professional services to support the nutritional needs of endurance athletes, such as one-on-one nutrition coaching and consulting, monthly packages, and custom solutions to fit your personal needs. The easiest place to start is to schedule a free 30 minute consultation to craft a plan to best address your goals.

Sessions can be scheduled either in person (if in the Sun Valley, Idaho area) or online via video chat. I specialize in plant-based (vegetarian/vegan, flexitarian) nutrition support for endurance athletes, but can totally work with your individual dietary preferences.

  • Free 30-minute consultation to meet and discuss your goals as an athlete.

  • Breakdown of my services and what you can expect to receive in terms of coaching, support, and outcomes.

  • Available to answer any questions about the purpose of nutrition coaching for athletes, how all of this works, and what’s involved in the other packages.

60 Minute Nutrition Consultation | $100

Although dietary change and training is an ongoing, long term process, there’s value in getting the ball rolling to fuel better through an initial dietary assessment, discussion of athletic and nutrition goals, and a tangible fueling plan for the future.

This is also perfect for athletes wanting to adopt a more plant-based approach or vegan/vegetarian athletes wanting to optimize their way of eating for performance and health or race day/training camp nutrition strategies.

What’s included?

  • A pre-session dietary and training analysis that takes into account food preferences, training/competition, and health goals.

  • Integration of food, lifestyle, and your training plan details to determine your needs as an athlete and human being.

  • An individualized follow-up report that includes recommendations, resources, and a sample nutrition program based on your data.

1 Month Package | $250

For endurance athletes motivated to incorporate structured nutrition coaching into their training routine, a consistent program and support can be an absolute game changer for performance and well-being. The focus here is developing a foundational nutrition protocol to meet energy requirements of your specific training demands, enhance performance and recovery, and dial in body composition.

This includes:

  • 1 hour in-person or video consult every 2 weeks and at 1 month (3 total sessions), unlimited email access, and a personalized nutrition program based on performance goals.

  • Incorporation of evidence-based performance nutrition for endurance athletes into your existing training program or general fitness routine, based on current training volume and specific performance goals.

  • Personalized meal planning to meet dietary preferences, assistance and support for plant-based athletes, and guidance for before, during, and post-exercise fueling strategies.

3 Month Package | $450

For those wanting to take their health and performance to the next level. A fully customized and supported approach to build the habits and structure you need to thrive.

This includes:

  • 1 hour in-person or video consult every two weeks (6 total) plus a final end consult, unlimited email access, and a personalized nutrition program based on performance goals.

  • Incorporation of evidence-based performance nutrition for endurance athletes into your existing training program or general fitness routine, based on current training volume and specific performance goals.

  • Personalized meal planning to meet dietary preferences, assistance and support for plant-based athletes, and guidance for before, during, and post-exercise fueling strategies.

I am also available to deliver presentations for groups, teams, events, or conferences on the topics of sports nutrition, plant-based nutrition, and beyond. I’ve delivered a TEDx talk and moderated numerous panel discussions, in addition to recording over 300 podcast episodes. I’d be honored to connect with your audience.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition with an emphasis on health promotion and plant-based athletic performance.

  • Presently enrolled in the Institute of Performance Nutrition Diploma in Performance Nutrition program.

  • 12+ years of endurance athletic training in cycling, cross-country skiing, and running.

  • 5+ years as a plant-based athlete.
